Analysis of one-dimensional consolidation processes in single-layered systems (analytical), multi-layered systems (numerical), single- or multi-layered systems with vertical drains.

Capabilities:

  • User-defined pore water pressure distribution at time t=0
  • Generation of pore water pressure distribution resulting from footing loads
  • Drainage conditions separately definable for the upper and lower layer boundaries
  • Time-settlement analysis possible using compression index
  • Time-dependent system loading (increase/decrease) possible
  • Analysis with subsequent installation of vertical drains possible
  • Secondary settlements may be taken into consideration
  • Depth-oriented visualisation of pore water pressure or consolidation ratio
  • Time-dependent visualisation of degree of consolidation, settlement or pore water pressure at defined depth
  • Additional, real settlement values can be displayed in the time-settlement diagram
  • Loading curve visualisation (numerical)
  • Time axes may be dimensionless, with date or logarithmic
  • Result output in ASCII format
  • User-definable positioning and sizing of individual graphics elements and legends
  • Print or copy screen sections, e.g. for transfer to a word processor
  • Integrated Mini-CAD system for additional annotation of graphics
